The participation of Professor Achilleas Zapranis, Director of the FTSAI Laboratory, in the research project PHARMATRON PLUS has been successfully completed. The project was implemented under Intervention III “Exploitation of Research Results”, within the strategic action “Research – Innovate 2021–2027”, of the “Competitiveness” Programme, co-funded by NSRF (ESPA) 2021–2027.
His participation concerned the contribution to the implementation of Deliverable D1.2 “Functional Requirements Specification”, with a completion date of 31 December 2025, within the project bearing code EKPAR03-0040707.
Deliverable D1.2 included the detailed specification of the functional requirements of the system under development, as derived from data analysis and the research work of the implementing research body. In particular, the individual subsystems, the user interface, and the core functionalities that the system must support were documented in detail.
His contribution, provided under a project-based contract, focused on the final documentation, review, and validation process of the deliverable, with the aim of ensuring the correct completion of the project and its full compliance with the requirements of the funding scheme.
The successful completion of this deliverable marks an additional step toward strengthening the link between academic research and applied innovation, enhancing knowledge transfer and the effective exploitation of research outcomes in real-world systems and infrastructures.
