Our team participated in the 25th R&D Management Conference, Innovation & Biodiversity, held in Pisa, Italy, from June 30 to July 2, 2025.
We presented our research from the WeRiMange project, WP5: How firms perceive weather risk. The paper, “Boardroom Dynamics and Corporate Environmental Innovation: Insights from Earnings Call Discourse”, explores how corporate governance shapes environmental innovation in the context of climate and weather-related risks.
